To film a dog encounter, it's important to approach the situation calmly and slowly to avoid startling the dog. It's best to let the dog come to you and not to make sudden movements or loud noises. Using a camera with a zoom lens can help capture the interaction from a safe distance without invading the dog's personal space. It's also important to respect the dog's body language and signals, and to always prioritize the dog's comfort and safety during the filming process. **

If the encounter was the result of a series of random events or choices made by the individuals involved, then it may not be considered fate. However, if there were unexplainable coincidences or a sense of inevitability surrounding the encounter, then it could be interpreted as fate. Ultimately, the perception of fate is subjective and can vary depending on individual beliefs and perspectives. **
